If your order has been received and you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of your delivery / pick-up date so we can make it right. You may call us at 312.620.1410 or email us at help@flowersfordreams.com.

If you would to like to cancel an order, please notify us 24 hours (minimum) in advance of your delivery date, in order to guarantee a full 100% refund.
